Rinalda is the director of innovation and data operations at Zavarovalnica Sava. She has 26 years of experience in the field of service marketing, digital marketing, and in recent years she has been adding knowledge in the field of innovation. Care for the correct handling and protection of personal data is woven through all key areas of its operation, before insurance, also in banking and healthcare.
She is a lecturer in the domestic and foreign environment and also a mentor in the international business program for young innovators in the insurance industry InTa – MOI (Austria), through which she helps young innovators in the insurance industry increase their competence in areas such as: user experience strategy; customer involvement and the importance of data in designing services tailored to the individual, Design Thinking, behavioral marketing and the power of changing corporate culture and data-driven innovation.
In the last three years, she has also contributed to the rise of professionalism as a member of the expert jury of numerous competitions at home (Effie Slovenia, Diggit, Websi) and internationally (Effie Europe, Web Retailer Award). She also contributes to the profession by sharing her experiences and views as an experienced interlocutor at various expert panels.
