Ines Rostohar is a lawyer who has devoted most of her career to the field of labor, civil and commercial law. As part of a highly professional team of female lawyers, she advises clients and represents them before courts and other authorities. She is the author of articles, with an emphasis on the topic of illegal interference with personal rights, co-author of the Commentary on the General Data Protection Regulation and lecturer.
In 2008, she graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana and in 2008 and 2009 completed a judicial internship at the High Court in Ljubljana. In 2009, she was employed as a trainee lawyer at the law firm Miro Senica in odvetniki, d.o.o., where she worked as a candidate lawyer from 2009 (after passing the state law exam) and as a lawyer from 2012 onwards. Since 2017, she continues her work as a lawyer within the Pirc Musar & partnerji, o.p., d.o.o. law firm, as a partner from 2019 and as a director from the end of 2022.
