Gorazd Božič is the head of the Slovenian National Cyber Security Incident Response Center (SI-CERT). The SI-CERT Response Center within the Arnes Public Institution has been investigating computer intrusions, computer virus infections and helping users with various other abuses on the Internet since 1995, including through the varninainternetu.si awareness program. Between 2000 and 2008, Gorazd Božič chaired the European Response Center Group TF-CSIRT and has been Slovenia’s representative on the Management Board of the European Network and Information Security Agency ENISA since its inception in 2004. Gorazd is also active in supporting and mentoring newly formed response centers cyber security in the region of South East Europe. In 2015, he carried out a project to make a documentary about the 20-year development of the hacker community in Slovenia hekerji.si (in co-production with TV Slovenia and the production company Sever & Sever), where he participated as a screenwriter and director’s consultant.
